RETURNS
Any order placed on shoppesonoma is delivered within 21 business days of product being ordered unless there is unforseen delay.
Tracking number may not update due to product being shipped from various overseas vendors. Please do not cancel order while product is within delivery time frame. Use chat or email option to communicate order update.
Please email Shoppesonoma@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery date of the product for return and clearly indicate reason for return. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping back the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product returned must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to you with instructions regarding sending back the package. The customer is responsible for shipping and all other costs associated with this process.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return can be started once product has been delivered.
A notification notify will be sent to you once your returned item has been received and inspected, and update you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right in a timely manner.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
